A Message from Noriko Kikuchi
As a certified Master and Teacher of Usui Reiki and the Usui System of Natural Healing, my purpose is to provide quality tuition for the benefit of any person who has a sincere desire to learn the methods of this healing art.
Language Note
Courses can be taught in English or Japanese.
Reiki Introductory Course
My 10-hour introductory course for Reiki comprises ten 1-hour lessons, which is an overview of Levels I, II and III. Students proceed at their own pace, studying and practising at home between classes. Most students find one lesson per week to be ideal.
If desired, each level can be taken as a separate course to allow more time for study and practice between levels. This option requires extra time for review, however, making the complete course a little more expensive.
An Invitation
Welcome!
Before prospective students commit to taking a course, I like to invite them to make a no-obligation appointment for a short visit to discuss their interest in Reiki. During the visit I can answer any questions they may have and give them the opportunity to view the teaching environment of my studio. They can then make an informed decision about whether or not to proceed with a course.
Transfers from Other Reiki Lineages
Students from other lineages who wish to advance to a higher level are very welcome to apply. This is subject to a friendly interview to determine eligibility, including the sighting of certificates from previous levels.
Reiki Tutorials
Tutorials can be arranged for anyone wishing to review previously studied material or improve on their technique. Attunements can be included in the review if required.
Advanced Studies
A Reiki Master/Teacher course is available for aspirants who have the necessary prerequisites and experience. This is subject to a friendly interview to determine eligibility, including the sighting of a Level III certificate.
Reiki Class Schedules
Classes are held from Monday to Friday between 10:00am and 5:00pm. Our policy of flexible appointments provides for a good selection of convenient times (click here).*
*Weekend lessons can sometimes be arranged, should weekdays be unsuitable. Please enquire.
Reiki Tuition Fees
10-Hour Introductory Course
Fee: NZ$435.* This includes private tuition for Levels I, II and III, three attunements, a textbook and study-aid sheets. A certificate and lineage chart are awarded on completion.

Individual Levels and Combinations
The fees for individual levels and combinations of levels vary and are available on application. Interested persons are invited to enquire.
Reiki Tutorials
Fee: NZ$40 for a one-hour session or part.
Groups
Group tuition at my studio is limited to four persons and includes the same course materials mentioned above. The fee per person for the full 10-hour course is NZ$380, which includes a 20% discount on the tuition portion of my fee.

Convenient Central Location
My studio is centrally situated in Riccarton, an inner-west suburb of Christchurch, NZ. Directions will be provided when you contact us and parking is not a problem.
